Here’s to the Future of Cody Country!
By With two weeks under my belt as the Executive Director, there is one phrase I have seen repeatedly. Western Hospitality. And, I have to admit, this phrase is a perfect expression to describe the initial phase of my Cody Country Chamber of Commerce adventure.
Every person I have encountered has been welcoming and helpful. From repeating their names and stories, answering questions and sharing information, explaining the history and dreaming about the vision, giving a few little gifts and a couple of big hugs, I have felt nothing but warmth, appreciation, and...western hospitality.
Thank you everyone for assisting me with this transition. I am so excited to be a part of the future of this community. The more I learn about the heart and character of the community leaders, business owners, volunteers, and citizens, the more I fall in love with place I am so happy to call home.
