Lifetime Small Animal Hospital
Kennel Assistant.
 
This is a part time position with the possibility of increasing hours based upon other abilities.
Primarily we need someone to feed, water, and administer medications to pets being boarded in our facility. Training is provided.
This position also includes cleaning kennel as well as other office cleaning responsibilities.
The basic shift is three hours in length, but if more responsibilities are add, the shifts could be longers.
Initially the shifts would be either 6a.m. - 9a.m. and/or 3p.m. - 6p.m.
Several Kennel Assistants divide the week's shifts. Some work the a.m. shifts; some the p.m. shifts depending upon their availability.
All Kennel Assistants rotate and work some weekend shifts.
Hourly wage is $10.00.
 
Position is available immediately for the right candidate.

This could be a full-time or part-time position base upon the abilities and experience of the applicant.
The responsibilities include greeting clients, checking in clients' pets, computer work, assisting doctors, and some housecleaning.
Previous experience in an animal hospital is helpful. Also, previous computer work and reception work helpful.
Pay is based upon applicant's abilities and experience.
This is a Monday thru Friday position with some occassional saturday mornings.

Reporting Relationships:
This position reports directly to the VP of Business Affairs or General Manager. Works in cooperation with public, Sales department and Production department.
Position Overview:
This position has a high degree of responsibility to insure accurate order entry, maintance of data base records, must follow proper procedures in log editing. Must have good communication skills.  Must possess strong computer and typing skills. Must be proficient in windows software such as word, excel.  Must be able to learn and operate specialized software programs. Performs added duties as assigned. Must be able to use office equipment i.e. fax machines, printers, phones and copy machine. Performs reception duties such as answering phones, transferring calls and taking messages. First contact with public must make good impression. 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily assist in operation of traffic department, which includes order entry, checking and correcting order accuracy. Maintaining and updating data base records. Editing logs accurately. Communication with public, and other departments. Must be able to generate reports requested.  Phone skills, and public personality. Reception duties. Daily Deposits. Research for information if needed. Reporting to and communicating with VP of Business Affairs.

Ability to work well with others
Ability to perform duties accurately and in reasonable amount of time
Ability to communicate with other departments and public
Posses good computer knowledge and proficiency

Hatchery Manager - Cody WY Trout Ranch, LLC

Definition and Nature of the Work

Fish hatchery manager may direct and coordinate the activities of fish hatchery workers.  The hatchery manager will successfully incubate trout eggs, and rear fish according to management and fish culturing techniques. The manager will determine, administer, and execute policy relating to the administration, facility maintenance, and standards of hatchery operations.

The manager must also be familiar with the latest techniques for collecting, fertilizing, incubating spawn, and treatment of spawn and fry (recently hatched fish). The manager will oversee the transfer of mature fish to lakes, ponds, streams, or commercial tanks. The Manager will consult with biologists and other fishery personnel concerning feeding, rearing, and environmental requirements.

The manager will keep detailed records of all production lots from egg to sales are required.  All records of rearing trout from egg to sales must be maintained.

Education and Training Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in aquaculture science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Some college combined with at least two to four years of experience in the field will be strongly considered. A minimum of a high school diploma combined with advanced on-the-job training and several years of experience will also be considered.
